Here are some various popular international food that we will selling during International Food Fair...

BRATWURST SAUSAGE is a heavily spiced uncured fresh sausage. It usually grilled or pan fried, and sometimes cooked in broth or beer in Germany. It's popular not only in Germany but also in areas of the American Midwest. 

Do you know what is TORI KARAAGE? It's something likes chicken nugget but in Japanese marination. It's a popular snack dish at Izakaya (Japanese pub), buffets or picnics.

SHEPHERD PIE is a British meat pie with a crust of mashed potato. It's traditionally made with leftover roast meat, but today it's more often made with fresh minced or ground meat.

DEVIL CURRY is a fiery red curry and flavored with vinegar. It's called DEVIL is because it's really very very very spiciness and sharp taste. You can only found this DEVIL dish in Portuguese Village in Malacca but now it's here at BUCH International Food Fair.

Are you health concern people? Vietnamese RICE NOODLE SALAD is a intricately flavored dish of contrasting tastes and textures. The peanut, carrot and cucumber add texture to the dish; Fresh herbs provided fresh and cool taste.

Tteobbokki is a braised dish that braise rice cakes with vegetables in gochujang (red repper paste)  sauce. It's a popular snack dish in Korean and can easily found at street vendors.

Do you like to eat sandwiches? If so, you must try this Middle East KEBAB. It's a slice of grilled aromatic meat wrapped in a pita bread with toppings.

Want having a sweet fruit dessert? You must try Thai MANGO STICKY RICE. You can't imagine that how well is the combination of mango and coconut milk glutinous rice. It's sweet into your heart.
